-Over 10 years of experience in the Foodservice and Hospitality Industry (half of those years were also spent in the Wedding Industry too!)
-I've worked in every possible pastry setting there is (coffee shops, cafes, bakeries, cake shops) and have experience in both Front and Back of House operations as well as management, Pastry Sous Chef and Pastry Chef roles.
-My sole career goal was to own a business. I started making cakes for people out of my Culinary School dorm and never looked back! I can teach you actionable steps to reach your goals :)
-This is my third wedding season working solely for myself full time. I currently pay myself a full time salary that is more than I've ever made anywhere I've ever worked, and my profit grows each year (EVEN during COVID).
