At Flouretta Sweet, cake isn't an afterthought or a washed-up tradition. It's a statement that will wow you as you walk into your reception, and something delicious that will send your guests off with a sweet goodbye at the end of the night.

Start your journey by filling out the wedding inquiry form, which will allow you to share your wedding details and to see if Flouretta Sweet is available for your day.
Flouretta Sweet has a minimum total order amount of $1200 for all wedding commissions and has a travel radius of 2 hours from Nashua, NH.

If your date is available on the Flouretta Sweet calendar, Blayre will be in touch to schedule a phone or zoom call to learn more about your wedding cake dreams!
After the call, you’ll receive a custom proposal detailing everything discussed during your Cake Chat, and the chance to order a sample box of signature flavors if interested.

When you’re ready to work together, Blayre will send over a booking contract and invoice to officially add your wedding date to the Flouretta Sweet calendar!
A $300 non-refundable retainer fee is required to hold your spot and will be applied to your final invoice.

The best part! Join Blayre at her private studio in Nashua, NH. During our time together, Blayre will listen to your needs and walk you through each step of the process to design your dream wedding cake. You will taste flavors you’ve selected from Flouretta Sweet’s curated menu and discuss all of your cake design and wedding details.
At the end of our meeting, you will leave with a fully rendered cake sketch, a final invoice, and all of your questions answered!

On your wedding day, Blayre will handle all of your cake needs including the delivery and setup of your cake, the instillation of your cake topper, florals, and placement of any other cake table decor.
Blayre will also handle any prior coordination with your planner, florist, and caterer to make sure every cake detail is perfect. All you need to do is cut it and enjoy!

One year later, we’ll get to say hello again! Every Flouretta Sweet couple gets a complementary anniversary cake to enjoy after their wedding day is over.
Whether you opt to bring it home with you the day of your wedding and freeze it for your anniversary, OR have one baked fresh for you to pick up at the Flouretta Sweet studio, you’ll get to celebrate your love and marriage with more cake!

The part you've been waiting for! After gathering information on your tastes and preferences, Blayre will curate a selection of mouth-watering flavors from her menu for you to sample. You can even include your family and friends for more fun!

This session, along with your tasting, will take place at the Flouretta Sweet studio in Nashua, NH. During this time, Blayre will walk you thorough the cake design process, help you choose the number of slices that fits your guest count, and will hand-sketch your cake right in front of you! You'll leave with a final invoice and a completed vision for your wedding cake.

While you're getting ready to walk down the aisle, Blayre will personally see to the seamless delivery and setup of your cake, including floral installation, table design, and the addition of any cake toppers or personal decor. She will also take care of all of the necessary communication with your florist, coordinator, venue, and caterer to ensure that your cake is displayed, handled, cut and served properly!

Re-live your wedding day memories one year later with a complementary tier of your favorite wedding cake flavor! You can opt to have it delivered to your venue the day of your wedding, or pick it up fresh at the Flouretta Sweet Studio around the time of your First Anniversary.
